Returning and replacing terms
Replacing a product is possible within 14 days from getting the delivery accompanied with the original invoice.
I you wish to replace or return a product, please contact us to [email protected] or call at 052-8008485.
The product should be in perfect condition and accompanied with the relevant invoice/recipe.
In order to replace a product, the product must return to our factory.
- You can send us the product by registered mail, well wrapped and protected with stated full name, address, telephone numbers and any other relevant information.
- Once the product reaches our factory we will contact you for further care.
- You can also replace the product by visiting our factory. Your visit must be pre-scheduled, contact the office at 052-8008485 or [email protected] to schedule your visit.
Refunds
In order to get a refund please contact the office at 052-8008485 or [email protected],
we will inspect it with its invoice and act according to Consumer Protection Law.
- In order to return a product, the product must return to our factory within 14 days since arrival.
- You can send us the product by registered mail, well wrapped and protected with stated full name, address, telephone numbers and any other relevant information.
- There will be no refunds for delivery fees in any case.
